CaseAide ® Note

CaseAide ® Note is a user-defined mobile keyboard. The keyboard works with agency computers, smartphones, and tablets (iOS, Android, and Chrome app extension for desktops and laptops). 

Organization Accounts 

 

 

These accounts allow for control over user accounts. A certain number of "seats" are granted depending on the size of the agency.

 

An organization controls the category titles and has a preset icon labeled Admin, where administrators can create snippets with standardized practice language and content to meet regulatory needs. This content is available for all users. The agency can assign administrators to the account (generally IT department) to manage their users.

User are allowed to create their own sections and snippets within the agencies pre-selected categories. For interest in this type of account please contact support@caseaide.org
